These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between 999cb ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers for, or otherwise uses the 999cb website located at https://999cb.cam and all associated services, features, content and applications (collectively, "the Services").

999cb is an English-language online betting and casino information platform targeting Pakistani users. The platform provides guides, game information, sports betting content, live casino information and responsible-gambling resources. By accessing or using the Services in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, including all policies and guidelines incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms are written in English and constitute the entire agreement between you and 999cb with respect to the subject matter herein. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version and any translated summary, the English version shall prevail.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" / "999cb" — refers to the website at https://999cb.cam, its subdomains, mobile-optimised versions and associated applications.
• "User" / "you" — any natural person who accesses, browses, registers for or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — the registered user profile created upon successful completion of the registration process.
• "Services" — all features, functions, content, tools, information resources and applications made available through the Platform.
• "Bonus" / "Promotion" — any promotional incentive, welcome offer, reload bonus, free spin, cashback, referral reward or any other marketing offer made available to Users subject to specific eligibility criteria and terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the total value of bets that must be placed using bonus funds before any resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification, address verification and any additional due-diligence documentation required by the Platform or applicable law.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" — platform-level features including deposit limits, session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods and self-exclusion mechanisms.
• "Prohibited Activities" — actions explicitly forbidden under Section 9 of these Terms.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond the Platform's reasonable control, including natural disasters, acts of government, network outages, cyberattacks or any other extraordinary circumstances.
• "PKR" — Pakistani Rupee, the legal tender of Pakistan. All financial references on this Platform are expressed in PKR unless otherwise stated.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on 999cb, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout the period of your account's existence:

• You must be a natural person of at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator or the applicable license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be accessing the Services from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law and in which access to such services is unlawful for you.
• You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Platform or any associated services.
• You must register using accurate, truthful and complete personal information. The provision of false information constitutes grounds for immediate account termination without refund.
• You may hold only one (1) registered account on the Platform. Multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited.

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full range of Services, you must complete the registration process by providing the information requested on the registration form. All fields marked as mandatory must be completed with accurate, current and complete information. You agree to update your information promptly if any details change.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

The Platform reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to: government-issued photo identification (CNIC, passport), proof of address (utility bill, bank statement), source-of-funds documentation and any additional documentation required to satisfy AML/CFT obligations. Withdrawal requests may be held pending satisfactory completion of KYC.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. The Platform accepts no liability for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your credentials. You must notify support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

4.4 One Account Per User

Each individual may hold only one registered account. The Platform uses technical and manual review processes to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited and balances withheld pending investigation.

The Services offered by 999cb are provided for personal, non-commercial, entertainment and informational use only. You agree to use the Platform only in accordance with these Terms, all applicable laws and regulations, and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of any third party.

You specifically agree that you will not:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, national or international law or regulation;
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, its servers or any connected databases;
• Use any automated software, bot, spider or other tool to access, scrape or extract data from the Platform;
• Transmit any malicious code, virus or disruptive software via the Platform;
• Engage in any conduct that could damage the Platform's reputation or the experience of other users;
• Use the Platform to launder money or conduct any financial crime.

6.1 Deposits

Deposits may be made using payment methods listed in the live cashier at the time of transaction. Payment method availability, minimum deposit amounts, maximum deposit amounts and any applicable processing fees are detailed in the cashier and may change without prior notice. The Platform accepts deposits denominated in PKR where supported by the active payment gateway.

Payment methods familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer and Bank Alfalah Transfer — may appear as options in the cashier. Their presence does not constitute an endorsement of gambling by any of those providers, nor does it imply that those providers authorise gambling-related transactions. Users must independently verify the acceptability of any transaction with their payment provider and under applicable law.

6.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are subject to: (a) satisfactory completion of all applicable KYC requirements; (b) fulfilment of any outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses; (c) minimum and maximum withdrawal limits as displayed in the cashier; and (d) any fraud or security review the Platform deems necessary. The Platform reserves the right to decline a withdrawal request pending the outcome of any investigation.

6.3 Processing Times

Withdrawal processing times are provided as estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual times may vary based on payment method, KYC status, banking working hours, platform review queues and factors outside the Platform's direct control.

6.4 Currency

Where PKR is not directly supported as an account currency, conversions may apply at the exchange rate active at the time of transaction. The Platform is not responsible for exchange-rate fluctuations or third-party conversion fees.

The Platform may offer various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers and referral programmes. All such offers are subject to the following general conditions, as well as the specific terms published for each individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses carry a wagering (rollover) requirement that must be met in full before the bonus balance, or winnings derived from bonus play, may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier (e.g., 20x, 30x) is stated in each promotion's specific terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While a bonus is active, a maximum bet restriction applies per round or stake. Placing bets above this limit may result in the bonus being voided. This limit is specified per promotion and is typically in the range of PKR 500–PKR 1,000 per stake, unless otherwise stated.
• Game Contribution: Different game types contribute at different rates toward wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%; table games and live dealer games may contribute at lower rates (e.g., 10%–20%). Specific game contribution tables are available in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses and associated free spins carry an expiry window (typically 7–30 days from the date of credit) within which wagering requirements must be completed. Unused bonus funds or free spins will be forfeited upon expiry.
• Maximum Cash-Out: Winnings derived from bonus play may be subject to a maximum cash-out cap. This limit is stated per promotion and is typically expressed as a fixed PKR amount (e.g., PKR 25,000) or as a multiplier of the bonus amount received.
• Minimum Qualifying Deposit: Welcome and reload bonuses require a minimum qualifying deposit (e.g., PKR 1,000) to be made in a single transaction before the bonus is credited.

The Platform reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Bonus abuse, including but not limited to matched betting, arbitrage strategies, collusion or exploitation of platform errors, will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account suspension.

All sports bets, casino wagers and other gaming activity conducted through the Platform are subject to the game-specific and sports-specific rules published within each product area. The following general rules apply across all betting and gaming activity:

• All bets are final once confirmed. The Platform does not accept bet cancellations or amendments after confirmation unless a specific in-play cancellation window is offered.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game, the Platform's records shall be considered conclusive, subject to a formal complaints process.
• The Platform reserves the right to void any bet placed on a market that was offered in error, including incorrect odds, suspended markets or events where data integrity cannot be confirmed.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet type and are displayed at the point of bet placement. Limits may be adjusted for individual accounts at the Platform's discretion.
• All casino games use certified Random Number Generators (RNG). Published Return to Player (RTP) figures are theoretical averages calculated over millions of game rounds and do not represent guaranteed return on any individual session.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 999cb Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, reporting to relevant authorities and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account per individual, household or device;
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Using the Platform while underage or while located in a jurisdiction where access is prohibited;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market;
• Using software, algorithms, artificial intelligence or any automated system to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Engaging in matched betting, arbitrage or any strategy that exploits promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with normal recreational play;
• Attempting to launder money or conduct any transaction in furtherance of any financial crime;
• Exploiting any identified software bug, error or technical malfunction for financial gain;
• Threatening, harassing or abusing Platform staff or other users;
• Attempting to access any other user's account without their explicit authorisation.

999cb is committed to promoting responsible gambling. The Platform provides a range of tools designed to help users maintain control over their gambling activity. These tools are available to all registered users and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the amount you can deposit.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose over a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Set reminders or hard limits on the duration of any single gambling session.
• Cooling-Off Period: Take a short-term break from gambling activity without permanently closing your account.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a complete exclusion from gambling activity for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one (1) business day and cannot be reversed during the elected exclusion period.

All content on the 999cb Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 999cb or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

The 999cb name, logo and all related product and service names, design marks and slogans are trademarks of the Platform. You may not use any of these marks without the prior written consent of 999cb. Unauthorised use of Platform content for commercial purposes is strictly prohibited and may constitute an infringement of intellectual property rights.

Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and make personal, non-commercial use of the Platform. This licence does not include the right to reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 999cb, its directors, officers, employees, agents, affiliates and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption or any other commercial or economic losses — arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Services.

The Platform does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of its Services. Scheduled maintenance, unplanned outages, third-party service failures and Force Majeure events may affect Service availability. The Platform accepts no liability for losses incurred as a direct result of Service unavailability during such periods.

Nothing in these Terms shall operate to exclude or limit liability for: (a) death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or (c) any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may request account closure by contacting the support team. The Platform may suspend or permanently close your account with or without notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Engagement in any Prohibited Activity as defined in Section 9;
• Failure to complete KYC within a required timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering or any financial crime;
• Voluntary self-exclusion request by the account holder;
• Statutory or regulatory requirement to do so.

Upon termination, any outstanding bonus balances will be forfeited. Verified real-money balances remaining in a terminated account will be returned to the account holder via the original deposit method (where technically feasible and subject to completed KYC), minus any amounts lawfully withheld by the Platform.

Pakistan has significant restrictions on gambling activities, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977. The legal status of online and remote gambling in Pakistan depends on applicable legislation, provincial regulations and the jurisdiction in which an operator is licensed and incorporated. 999cb does not claim to be licensed, approved or regulated by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan, any provincial authority or any Pakistani payment institution.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

999cb reserves the right to revise, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will update the "Last Updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where technically feasible, registered users may also receive notification via email or an in-platform message.

Your continued use of the Services following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Services and may request account closure in accordance with Section 13.

It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We recommend checking this page whenever you notice the "Last Updated" date has changed.
